Feel The Pain

Description

Formed in 1984 in Chicago, Illinois, Amulance quickly carved a name in the Midwest metal scene with their electrifying live shows and a sound that fused traditional heavy metal with the burgeoning US power metal style. Feel the Pain, their debut full-length album, is a high-octane blend of speed, melody, and intensity, showcasing blistering riffs, soaring vocals from frontman Rik Baez, and a relentless rhythm section anchored by drummer Eric Wedow and bassist Tom Braddish. The album perfectly captures the gritty spirit of the late '80s underground metal scene, standing tall alongside bands like Metal Church, Omen, and Helstar. Though it flew under the radar for some, Feel the Pain has become a sought-after treasure among collectors of classic US metal.

This exclusive reissue, crafted with the band’s full involvement, has been carefully remastered from the best available analog sources, ensuring every sharp riff, thunderous drum fill, and commanding vocal shines with maximum clarity and power. Featuring standout tracks like "Black Moon Rising," "Feel the Pain," and "Holocaust," the album remains as exhilarating today as it was in 1989, embodying Amulance’s signature mix of melody and aggression. The reissue also includes refreshed artwork and liner notes, providing fans with deeper insight into Amulance’s legacy and the making of this iconic album.
