Jawbreaker Records proudly presents: Tyrannosatan – Babylons Skräck
Tyrannosatan is back to unleash a venomous strike of raw black/thrash brutality! Babylons Skräck, their filthy new 4-track tape, drags you through a hellish storm of aggression, chaos, and untamed energy. Picking up where their debut album Katakombernas Kakofoni left off, the Swedish maniacs continue to blend grimy black/thrash with influences from old-school death, doom, speed and heavy metal, pushing their sound to even filthier extremes and creating REAL METAL, reminiscent of metal in its purest form back in the mid-to-late 1980s.
Kicking off the tape, Vehmir channels the blood-soaked spirit of old-school death metal with savage vocals, venomous riffs, and midtempo breaks packed with divebombs before plunging back into the fray. The title track, Babylons Skräck, locks you into headbanging grooves that refuse to let go, while Bland stenar och rötter lures you in with an acoustic intro before smashing your face with a relentless assault of blackened thrash and thunderous basslines. The final blow comes with Astronomicon, opening with an ominous, doom-laden intro before erupting into a black metal whirlwind of shrieks, ripping guitars, and apocalyptic atmosphere.
With their new drummer Pestgam (Tyranex, Inisans) driving the chaos, Tyrannosatan has sharpened their claws and amplified their fury. Babylons Skräck is raw, uncompromising black/thrash mayhem at its finest. Surrender to the chaos or be left in the dust! This ferocious metal assault is recommended for fans of Infernäl Mäjesty, Powerlord, Deathhammer, Possessed, Hexecutor and Immortal. Are you ready to face the terror of Babylons Skräck?
Babylons Skräck will be released digitally and as a cassette tape in March 2025.
Limited to 50 copies on clear tape and 150 copies on black tape.
