Delivery Terms/FAQ

If you want to have a tracking number, you need to choose Registered Shipping during checkout. If you choose Normal Shipping, you will not get a tracking number.

Please note that it can take up to a week before your order is shipped. This is an underground operation and I cannot run to the post office every single day. Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email saying so. After that, you will usually receive your package within 2 days (inside Sweden), 1-2 weeks (inside Europe), 2-3 weeks (other continents), 4 weeks (other planetary bodies within the Solar System).

If your local post service are unable to deliver the package, it will usually return to me after a couple of weeks. I will of course try to send the package again, but you will need to pay for the extra shipping costs.

If you pre-order an item, other items which you add to the same order will be shipped at the same time as the item on pre-order is released. If you want the other items to be shipped earlier, you will need to make a separate order for them. No exceptions, so don’t even bother!

When it comes to release dates, I try to be as transparent as possible but it is usually hard to give an exact date. I could set a date far into the future to make sure there’s enough buffer to cope with any delays in production, but I prefer to instead release the tapes/vinyls as soon as I have them. Therefore the date written on the pre-order page is usually no more than a current best guess. Sadly, delays in production are not uncommon in this industry. That’s just the way it is and there’s not much I can do about it. Any delays will be communicated in the news section on and/or through the newsletter (you did sign up for it already, right?!).

There’s something wrong with my product: Send it back and you will get a full refund.

I didn’t like the music: Send it back and you will get a full refund.

The case got broken during shipment: Sorry, I cannot take responsibility for that. But let me know and I will send you a new empty case the next time you order anything.

Where the hell is my package? See section on Shipping above.
